Our policy lasts 14 days from the day you receive the product. If 14 days have gone by since the reception of your purchased item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, a partial refund or a product replacement, you must contact us at email@example.com with:
- A proof of purchase
- Explanation: reason you request a refund
- Picture(s) of the product
Items that arrive dammaged, not respecting the product description or defective can be eligible for a full refund, a partial refund or a free replacement, to our judgement. Once your request is sent, we will notify you within 48h hours of the decision made. If a refund or partial refund is made, it will be returned via the same method of payment you used to pay.
If you wish to simply return an item, you also have 14 days after the reception to send back the product.
Item must be new, in it's original packaging and not used.
You will be responsible for the shipping fees of the return. After reception and inspection of item, the refund will be produced, if item respects the above requierments. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for the address of return.
